NOTICE is given to the general public that pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 and Kenya Information and Communications Regulations, 2010 (as amended), PCK a body corporate established by the Postal Corporation Act, 1998, has applied to the Communications Authority of Kenya for approval to review their postage rates as necessitated by increased cost of service delivery. Up to 20g 30.00 40.00 Over 20g up to 45.00 65.00 50g Letters Over 50g up to 50.00 75.00 (Limit of Weight 100g 2Kgs) Over 100g up to 55.00 85.00 250g Over 250 up to 95.00 150.00 500g The proposed review is likely to affect the public, ocal authorities companies, persons or bodies of persons within the Republic of Kenya The Authority wishes to notify the general public that any legal or natural person, or group of individuals, who are desirous of making any representation and/or any objection to the proposed revision, to do so vide a letter addressed to: The Director-General, Communications Authority of Kenya, CA Centre, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448- 00800, Nairobi indicating "Postal Tariff Review" on the cover enclosing it. The said representation and/or objection must be filed on or before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and a copy of the same be forwarded to PCK.
