NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th June, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2721, in Volume DI, Folio 152/3089, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Waiswa Waanaseti, of P.O. Box 142-50100, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Flavian Emmanuel Waiswa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Flavian Emmanuel Waiswa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Waiswa Waanaseti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Waiswa Waanaseti only.
