NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1849 in Volume DI, Folio 685/2119, File No. MMXX, by our client, Israelly Gold Gachucha, of P.O. Box 104878- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Peter Nderitu Gachucha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Ndiritu Gachucha and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Israelly Gold Gachucha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Israelly Gold Gachucha only.
