NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th June, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 567, in Volume B-13, Folio 2103/17056, File No. 1637, by our client, Sammy Njoroge Ngugi, of P.O. Box 271-80109, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sammy Ngugi Graham, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sammy Ngugi Graham and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sammy Njoroge Ngugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sammy Njoroge Ngugi only.
