NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Motor Vehicle Reg. No. KAS 326B, 51 seater Matatu, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and remove it from the Tee Tee Motors Yard at Kasarani, Opposite TRM, Thika Road within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds from will be utilized to defray the storage charger and any other incidental cost and the short fall, if any, will be recovered by the means of legal proceeding.
