NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under Miscellaneous Application Case No. 618 of 2020 by Chief Magistrate's Court at Makadara, Nairobi, to the owners of motor vehicles and motor bikes which are lying idle and unclaimed within Muthaiga Police Yard, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor bikes at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Astorion Auctioneers Nairobi shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicles and motor bikes by way of Public Auction on behalf of Muthaiga Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KAB 543F, KBD 002F, KAR 120T, KBB 211Z, KMDC 880R, KMCL 694W, KMEF 637Y, KMDY 626T, KMCR 964B, KMCT 222U, KMDN 940E, KMDC 562U, KMDK 286A, KMEB 811B, KMDW 692B Dated the 14th June, 2021.
