REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johana Ngari Gituru alias Ngari Gituru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 13aragwe/Kariru/652, containing 5.30 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Judge of the High Court at Gichugu in succession cause no. 70 of 2009, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Wilson Njanjo Ngari (ID/1213430), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Wilson Njanjo Ngari (ID/1213430), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Johana Ngari °hum alias Ngari Gituru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
