REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanjohi Kimawera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia Nanyuki Mature Block 1/780, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nanyuku in succession cause No. 5 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Gathoni Wanjohi, and whereas the said Gathoni Wanjohi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said piece of land is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and. proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of Gathoni Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Wanjohi Kimawera (deceased), shall be deemed to be came lied and of no effect.
