WHEREAS Peter Njau Mbai, of P.O. Box 1407-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 11/1114 (Muwa), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
