REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Mbirire I. Waweru (ID/3678433), of P.O. Box 1397-01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0277, 0.65 and 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Makuyu Kimorori/Block 3/5786, Loc 5/Gitura/930 and 927, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
