REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Owino Dundo, of P.O. Box 320, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0452 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 1691/III/MN, registered under title No. C.R. 21926, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
