REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Kerubo Ombaso, as the administrator of the estate of Johnson Ombaso Kangere (deceased), of P.O. Box 432, Molo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 533/498/8, situate in Mob() Town in the district of Nakuru, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR 50670/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
