NOTICE is given pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 167) laws of Kenya, that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of Joan Hope Ayton (deceased), of P.O. Box 16526-00620, Nairobi in Kenya, who died in Nairobi on the 25th December, 2015, is required to send particulars in writing of Isis or hc•r claim or interest to the undersigned on or before the expiry of ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claim they shall not then have had notice Dated the 3rd June, 2021.
