THE INSOLVENCY ACT
(No. 18 of 2015)

NOTICE is given that a Petition for the insolvency of the above
named person by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts,
Nairobi, was on the 30th of November, 2020 presented to the said
Court by the said Guled Omar Osman cio Kariuki Kagunda &
Advocates, Summit House, 3rd Floor, Opposite Central Police Station,
University Way, P.O. Box 22479-00100, Nairobi and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in
Nairobi, Commercial and Admiralty Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 24th
September, 2021 and any creditor of the said person desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may give
notice to the petitioner's advocate not later than 4.00 o'clock of the
afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of
hearing, in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor of the
said person requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

time to reach the above named.
