GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5387

WHEREAS Kiniaru Gachuhi alias Kaniaru Gachuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Magutu/Ragati/554, containing 1.226 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Karatina in succession cause No. 41 of 1998, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to the beneficiaries (1) Gathoni Kiniaru, (2) Julius Maina Kiniaru, (3) Macharia Maina, (4) Eunice Wamuyu and (5) Zachariah Mwangi Maina, whereas the said title deed issued is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission documents RL 19 and RL 7 in favour of the said (1) Gathoni Kiniaru, (2) Julius Maina Kiniaru, (3) Macharia Maina, (4) Eunice Wamuyu and (5) Zachariah Mwangi Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiniaru Gachuhi alias Kaniaru Gachuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
