REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Soil Merchants Kenya Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title Nos. Gatuanyaga/Ngoliba Block 2/876, 997, 998, 999, 1000, 1001 and 1002, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue ,tew land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
