REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Favale Salvatore, of P.O. Box 1012-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of lessee from (1) Mario Ventrui and (2) Maria Vacca, of all that piece of all that property known as House No. 28, situate in Mambrui in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 25109, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
