REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Caroline Mwikya Mawathe, of P.O. Box 52769- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/5788, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in the district of Machakos,, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR 116015/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
