THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ireri Murang'a (deceased), of P.O. Box 297, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kagaari/GikuurifT.318, containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Ernbu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause no. 30 of 2019, has ordered that the land be registered in the name of Teresa Wambeti Mwaniki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is, given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Termini Warnbeti Mwaniki (ID/8066241), and upon such registration, the title deed issued earlier to the said Ireri Murang'a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
