NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated I 1th January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 122, in Volume B-13, Folio 2063/15698, File No. 1637, by our client, Leonard Tsuma Ndune, of P.O. Box 95592-80106, Mkomani in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leonard Ndune Dofu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Leonard Ndune Dofu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leonard Tsuma Ndune, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Leonard Tsuma Ndune only.
