NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th September, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 297, in Volume Dl, Folio 242/3983, File No. MMXX, by our client, Mohamed All Hassan, of P.O Box 58754- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Hassan Goliza, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name. Mohamed Hassan Goliza and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ali Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ali Hassan only.
