THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Mwangi Kamau, of P.O. Box 159, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.104 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as L.R. No. Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/5871 (Mwariki), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
