THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Maryam Abdi Adam and (2) Zahra Jama Ali, both of P.O. Box 47069-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.017 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 72/912, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
