NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th March, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2587, in Volume DI, Folio 587/3516, File No. MMXX, by my client, Hussein Adam Hillow, of P.O. Box 40-00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hussein Edin Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hussein Edin Ibrahim and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hussein Adam Hillow, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hussein Adam Hillow only.
