THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hesbon Gichohi Macharia alias Amos Gichohi Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those piece of land containing 0.68 and 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiine/Nyangio/841 and 661, respectively, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Baricho in succession cause no. 135 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Ann Njeri Gichohi (ID/22571601), and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Ann Njeri Gichohi (ID/22571601), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Hesbon Gichohi Macharia alias Amos Gichohi Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
