THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dorothy Nereah Opondo, of P.O. Box 25406-00603, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that flat No. 26 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/1133, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N58 Folio 674/1 File 18655, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
