THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hassan Hanshi Hayow, of P.O. Box 71650-00162, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 29193, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of grant registered as I.R. 120697/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
