NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the registered beneficial owners of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBU 425L, Man Truck, to take delivery of the said abandoned motor vehicle lying at our clients garage known as Tiba Freight Forwarders Limited, Kibarani, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges, advertisement, auctioneers charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction without any further reference to the owner and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding repair/storage and other accrued charges.
