ACT
NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya. Notice is given to
Tachu Commercial Agencies, the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No.
KCH 14IM to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from plot no.
230/IX Kaa Chonjo, Tudor, Mombasa within thirty (30) days from the
date of publication of this notice upon payment of the accumulated
storage charges together with the cost of this publication and any other
incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed by way of
public auction and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued
charges without further notice.
