THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wilson Tanui Batno, (2) Stanley Kinga Mwendia and (3) Enock Kipruto Salbei, all of P.O. Box 11, Eldama Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13287/45, situate north of Njoro Town in Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 50175/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after 9th April, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1557 the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
