REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiku Gachanja (ID/5152056), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, known as Miti Mingi/Miti Mingi Block 2/242 (Mutukanio Game), situate in the district of Gilgit, and whereas during the removal of caution hearing held on the 2nd March, 2021, it has been established by Old Mutukanio Game Company that the said parcel of land should belong to one Marcy Wanjiru Muiruri (ID/9271152) and whereas all efforts made to compel Mary Wanjiku Gachanja to surrender the land title deed in respect to the above piece of land to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier in respect of Miti Mingi/Miti Mingi Block 2/242 (Mutukanio Game) to one Mary Wanjiku Gachanja shall be deemed null and void and thereby be registered to Marcy Wanjiru Muiruri in accordance with the old Mutukanio Game Company Members Register.
