REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdalla Khamis Bakar (ID/100893221), as a trustee for (1) Suleiman Khamis Bakar, (2) Esha Mohamed Wakati, (3) Sakina Hamisi Bakah, (4) Khadija Hamisi Bakari and (5) Bakari Hamisi Karabona, for the estate of Hamis Baked (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Roka/326, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
