THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Ndungu Mwangi, (2) Joseph Mathenge Kingori and (3) Stephen Mwangi Kamau, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.055, 0.058 and 0.057 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Busia, registered under title Nos. North Bulchayo/Mundika/9149, 9150 and 9151, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
