WHEREAS Bedun Ngigi Njoroge (ID/3506661), is registered as proprietor ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Loc. 16/Mwagu/158, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiratiottof sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
