NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 24th February, 2021, completed. The part development plan relates to land situate in Free Area, Nakuru County. 12th March, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1193 Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Director of Land and Physical Planning, Nakuru, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room No. 8 and the Sub-County Administrator's Office, Nakuru Town East. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the County Director of Land and Physical Planning, Nakuru, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room No. 8 and the Sub-County Administrator's Office, Nakuru Town East, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person/s who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Land and Physical Planning, Nakuru, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room No. 8, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
