REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndambiri Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.11 hactares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. Baragwe/Raimu/112, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the judge in the Chief Magistrate's Court in succession cause no. 204 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Josphat Muriithi Ndari (ID/9873102), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Josphat Muriithi Ndari (ID/9873102), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndambiri Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
