Box 63, Kagio, in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bismarck Anthony Mwangi Gokoh alias Gokoh B. Muriithi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bismarck Antony Mwangi Gokoh alias Gokoh B. Muriithi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bismarck Muriithi Goko only.
