REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Motongori Boke(deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.16 and 0.40 hactare or thereabouts known as B/Bwisaboka/2049 and 2053, respectively, situate in the district of Kuria West, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Migori in succession cause no. 174 of 2018, has issued grant and letters of administration in favour of Emmanuel Boke Joshua, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Joshua Motongori Boke (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Emmanuel Boke Joshua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joshua Motongori Boke (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
