WHEREAS Chelimo Kapkiyai alias Grace Jelimo Kapkiyai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Chepnoet/483, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in succession cause no. 140 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Rodah Chepkoech Seurey, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Chelimo Kapkiyai alias Grace Jelimo Kapkiyai (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chelimo Kapkiyai alias Grace Jelimo Kapkiyai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GA.7ETTE NOTICE No. 2171 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samwel Muyeye (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/768, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya in succession cause no. 92 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Eptole Shoni Muyeye, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Samwel Muyeye (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA. 39 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Muyeye (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
