THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Waboyo (deceased), of P.O. Box 58, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0283 hactare or thereabouts, known as Loc 12/Subloc1/2774, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause no. 630 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gladys Muthoni Waboyo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Gladys Muthoni Waboyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Waboyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
