REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kabata Gitei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 24/1836, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kandara in succession cause no. 155 of 2017, directed the name of Edward Kabata Gitei be cancelled and replaced with that of Wilson Gitei Kabata, and whereas the land register of the said piece of land is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another register and the missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
