WHEREAS Kimandi Ngwili (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ithanga/Phase 11/327, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kiambu in succession cause no. 289 of 2019, directed the name of Kimandi Ngwili be cancelled and replaced with that of Mutiso Kimandi Ngwili, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kimandi Ngwili, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R. L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimandi Ngwili, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 5th March, 2021. J. W. No. 2158 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kamuri Mabuta (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as KabareiNjiku/1626, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession cause no. 89 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Penis Wagicugu Kamuri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Penis Wagicugu Kamuri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamuri Mabuta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
