WHEREAS (1) Warren Omongo Hoseah Sakwa, (2) Charles Temba Sakwa, (3) Francis Amulioto Sakwa and (4) Patrick Ndoli Sakwa, as administrators of the estate of Hosea Sakwa Silunya (deceased), all of P.O. Box 34701-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/10, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N3 Folio 265/20 File No. 379 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period. No. 36/111/149, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N29 Folio 384/10 File No. 9402 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
