REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiangoma Group Company Limited, of P.O. Box 2, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 36/111/942 and 943, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N12 Folios 226/5 and 230/5 File Nos. 4929 and 4930, respectively, and whereas the land registers in respect thereof are lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property registers shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
