NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th October, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3482, in Volume Dl, Folio 186/3206, File No. MMXX, by our client, Abdishukri Abdi Hassan, of P.O Box 197- 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdi Maalim Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Maalim Omar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdishukri Abdi Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdishukri Abdi Hassan only.
