NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th August, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 270, in Volume B-13, Folio 2027/15341, File No. 1637, by our client, Ruqaiya Mohamed Ali Khan, of P.O. Box 98361-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, formerly known as Rukia Mohamed Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rukia Mohamed Ali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruqaiya Mohamed Ali Khan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruqiya Mohamed Ali Khan only.
