NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st December, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 80, in Volume B-13, Folio 2056/15662, File No. 1637, by our client, Chalet Taire Chula, formerly known as Charlotte Henry Taire, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Charlotte Henry Taire and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chalet Taire Chula, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chalet Taire Chula only.
