ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KAY 264E, KAX 820W, KBR 572R and KAC 837L, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which have been lying at the premises of Carling Autos Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding and incidental charges including cost of publication, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be used to defray the outstanding amount as provided under the Act without further refemce.
