THE JUDICIAL SERVICE COMMISSION OF KENYA RECRUITMENT OF CHIEF JUSTICE AND JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT APPLICANTS AND SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES I. On 20th January, 2021, the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) invited applications from qualified persons wishing to be considered for appointment to the positions of Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya and Judge of the Supreme Court. 2. At the close of the advertisement on the 9th February, 2021, a total of thirteen (13) applications were received for the position of Chief Justice and nine (9) for the position of Judge of the Supreme Court respectively. 5.
