WHEREAS M'Imongi M'Iriya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Ithima/Ntunene/761, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Maua in succession cause no. 30 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration to Thirindi Miiinunyii, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Imongi M'Iriya (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said Thirindi M'Limunyu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Imongi M'Iriya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NUT ICE No. 1660 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kimaru Ndua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nanyuki/Manira Block 1/256 (Ichuga), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Karatina in succession cause no. 192 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Hudson Wachira Kimaru, and whereas the said Hudson Wachira Kimaru has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name Hudson Wachira Kimaru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kimaru Ndua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NOT!CE NO. 1661 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samwel Onyuna Amoilo (ID/1482712/64) (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gem/K/Kotieno/51, situate in the district of Homa Bay, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Horns Bay in succession cause no. 12 of 2019, has issued grant documents to (1) Hellen Adhiambo Juma and (2) Caren Auma Atudo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land tide deed and he surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Hellen Adhiambo Juma and (2) Caren Auma Atudo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Onyuna Amollo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
